Fiat Servicing

The Northgate Fiat Servicing Department has the reputation of being one of the best in Kent, exceeding customer expectations. The team is headed by Barry Lawrence who has been with the Company for over 34 years.

Emma Rigden is our Fiat Service Supervisor who has been trained in the Fiat System and has gained NVQ's in Customer Service and Reception Duties.

Chris Larkins is our Workshop Controller and runs a team of 8 Technicians, 6 on cars and 2 on Light Commercial Vehicles. All of our Technicians are fully trained at Fiat and are constantly updated on new products and technology. The 10 bay Workshop is fully equipped with the latest lifting ramps and diagnostic equipment including air conditioning repairs and overhaul equipment. We also have tyre changing facilities and computerised wheel balancing equipment.

All of our Fiat services are Menu Priced, so give us a call with your full registration number for a fixed price, no obligation quotation.

As part of out 'Duty of Care' we carry out a free Visual Safety Check on every visit, this is sponsored by Fiat and should eliminate you driving your vehicle away in an unsafe condition even if it has only been in our workshop for a minor repair.

We can arrange to collect and deliver your vehicle (within limits) for repair or service.

We also offer Courtesy Cars and Vans while your vehicle is being serviced or repairs carried out. This is subject to availability, terms and conditions and also insurance cover being obtained. All fuel used will be charged at 20p per mile.
