Northgate invest in new Alfa Romeo Showroom 

Our new Alfa Romeo facility is now complete and, with a showroom able to display up to 8 new cars and brand new customer comfort areas we now boast a dealership that is fitting to sell this range of stunning, stylish cars. At the same time we have secured a parking area adjacent to our second workshop that will release parking at the site to make it easier for you to visit us. We look forward to welcoming you to our new showroom soon.

Barry Tobin Retires

Many of our regular customers have been looked after over the years by Barry Tobin, our After Sales (Service & Parts) Director. Barry was at PD Tobins, his uncles firm when Mr Jack Hinkins, our Group Chairman bought the garage in 1968 and, from very shortly afterwards Barry was a source of inspiration to all whom worked with him. Barry turned 65 on 29th January and retired on 1st April. Northgate Group thank Barry for all his help and advice over the years and wish him the very best for the future. We hope his quality of life goes up and his golf handicap comes down. Barry is shown second from right in the picture from our archives flanked by Managing Director, Peter Hinkins who is receiving one of Northgate's many awards (This time a dealer of the year award from Renault) and Service Manager, Barry Lawrence.
