At Northgate Group, we believe we run a different type of business to many of the other car dealers in Kent and nationally.
We have two main targets, satisfied customers and satisfied staff. We are proud that we have been successful in both over the years. 2007 saw us win national awards from both Fiat and Alfa Romeo for customer satisfaction enabling our staff to experience a fun day out at the manufacturers' expense. The fact that so many of our staff members have been with us since they left school is a testament that the Northgate philosophy works.
We are a business and, of course we have to make a profit. Without that we couldn't continue to invest in facilities and equipment but we don't operate in a greedy way. We show our customers what is available and explain all the features and benefits to enable them to make their own mind up without any pressure from over enthusiastic sales people. Of course there are always offers which are difficult to resist and many of our friends and families are the first in the queue when they come out.
I am pleased to welcome you to the Northgate Garage Group Website. Our Company is a family new and used car dealer in Kent, going back to 1963 which is when my mother and father started the business. Throughout the years Northgate have provided a comprehensive range of services to the motoring public and developed an excellent reputation as a car dealer in Kent.
In 1968 my parents decided to expand and acquired Northgate Garage in Canterbury. The business was incorporated and was the founder of the Northgate Garage Group. Today Northgate Garage Group stand out as one of the most successful dealer groups in Kent with marques including Alfa Romeo, Fiat Cars, Fiat Vans and Kia.
We currently operate four main car dealerships in Kent, three in Canterbury being Northgate Fiat, Northgate Alfa Romeo and Canterbury Kia and one in Whitstable being Harbour Garage Kia. We also have a separate Fiat Van dealership in Canterbury.
Our aim is your complete satisfaction with every dealing you have with the Northgate Garage Group. We believe continuity of staff is a major factor in achieving this and we are delighted that so many of our staff members have been with us for 20, 30 and even 40 years.
